By using VelaTrack you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What VelaTrack is
VelaTrack helps you record subscriptions and recurring bills, reminds you before renewals, and shows totals based on what you enter. It does not connect to your bank, does not move money, and does not cancel subscriptions for you.
Your data
You are responsible for the information you enter. Amounts, dates and totals are only as accurate as what you record. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings and may not arrive if notifications are turned off or the device is offline.
Not financial advice
Totals, trends and suggestions in the app are for information only and are not financial, legal or tax advice.
VelaTrack PRO
PRO is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Cloud backup
Backup is optional and tied to the Google account you sign in with. Keep access to that account; we cannot recover a backup for an account you no longer control. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored.
Advertising
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Advertisers are not endorsed by VelaTrack.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or misuse the app or its services, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
Liability
VelaTrack is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed payments, fees, losses or damages arising from use of the app, including reminders that do not arrive or figures that are incorrect.
