These terms govern your use of the Sticker AI iOS app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Sticker AI turns a text description into a sticker image using a third-party AI image model. No account is required. Stickers you generate are stored on your device.
Sticker AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions that remove ads and lift the free generation limit.
You are responsible for the prompts you enter. You must not use Sticker AI to create, store or share content that:
Stickers are produced by an automated model. Output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or resemble existing works, and identical prompts may produce different results for different users. We make no promise that any sticker is original, unique, or fit for a particular purpose. Check any output before using it publicly or commercially.
You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts you write and, to the extent permitted by law and by our providers' terms, in the stickers you generate. You may use your stickers personally and commercially, subject to section 3.
The app itself — its name, design, code and artwork — remains ours and is licensed to you, not sold. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.
The app depends on third-party services and may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time. Features may be added or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
