These terms cover using PixLush. Installing or using the app means you accept them.
Use PixLush for your own photos and your own work, personal or commercial. Do not use it to make material that is illegal, that depicts or sexualises children, that harasses or impersonates someone, or that you present as a real record of something that did not happen.
You keep every right you had in the photos you bring, and in what you make here. We claim no ownership and no licence to use your images for anything, including training.
The AI edits are produced by a model and are generated, not photographic. It may decline a request, and it may return something odd or wrong; that is how these models are, and it is not a fault we can promise to fix. You are responsible for what you do with the results, particularly any picture of a real person.
Free accounts get a set number of AI edits each day, shown in the app. A failed or declined edit does not count against it.
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and it is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Manage or cancel it in your store account settings — not here, because only the store can. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Pro is for one person editing their own photographs. We may apply a reasonable daily limit to prevent automated or resale use, and we will say so in the app if it ever applies to you.
We work to keep PixLush available and correct, but it is provided without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost images or lost work — keep your originals, which the app is designed to let you do since it never alters them.
You can stop using PixLush at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
